Compliance note

Managed IT is delivered remotely through Zincat group delivery capabilities, including Easy Desk. Any physical on-site work in the U.S. requires separately arranged local partner coverage. Where support requires access to systems containing PHI, a BAA and appropriate safeguards apply. Group practices are ISO/IEC 27001-focused; we do not claim certification or HIPAA certification.

Background and common problems

Every unmanaged laptop is an unknown risk. We enroll, patch, configure, and report on your devices so you know what you own and how it is protected.

Endpoint management is the routine discipline of knowing every device, keeping it updated, and applying consistent policies. Small organizations often skip it until something breaks.

Zincat manages Windows workstation lifecycle, policy rollout, enrollment, operating system and third-party patching, application lifecycle, compliance profiles, remote troubleshooting, and asset reporting. Linux and Windows server scope is determined during assessment, and vendor-specific management features are used only after compatibility is verified. You retain ownership of every device.
