Healthcare revenue cycle management
Revenue Cycle Management That Helps Your Practice Focus on Care — and Cash Flow
From eligibility checks to aging claims, we take on the revenue cycle work your team does not have time for.
The full lifecycle
Every stage where reimbursement can stall
Problems show up late but start early. We look at the whole chain, then own the stages you assign.
- 01Scheduling / Patient Intake
- 02Eligibility / Benefits
- 03Prior Authorization
- 04Coding & Claims*
- 05Submission
- 06Denials
- 07Payment Posting
- 08A/R Follow-Up
- 09Reporting
*Coding and claim preparation only where appropriately staffed and contracted. Clinical documentation and code selection that depends on clinical judgment remain with your providers.

Learn moreSystems & data governance
Your systems. Your data. Controlled access.
We work inside client-owned EHR, PMS, clearinghouse, and payer systems. We do not ask you to move patient data into our tools.
Client-owned systems
You own the EHR/PMS, clearinghouse, and payer portal accounts. We use named user accounts you provision and can revoke.
Access governance
Role-based permissions, access reviews, and prompt removal when team members change.
Minimum necessary access
Permissions limited to what each task requires, consistent with the HIPAA minimum necessary standard.
Signed agreements first
Onboarding starts only after a services agreement and a business associate agreement (BAA) as applicable.
Group security practices are ISO/IEC 27001-focused. That framework supports good security but does not by itself establish HIPAA compliance. See HHS guidance on minimum necessary.

Revenue cycle FAQ
Do you replace our billing team?
Not necessarily. We can take full ownership or specific queues such as verification, posting, or A/R follow-up.
Do you promise higher collections?
No. We commit to documented work and transparent reporting. Financial results depend on factors outside any vendor’s control.
How do you access our systems?
Through named accounts you provision, with minimum necessary permissions, after agreements and a BAA as applicable are signed.
Do you provide coding?
Only where appropriately staffed and contracted. We disclose exactly who performs coding-related work.
