This policy describes how Zincat Technology, Co. ("Zincat," "we") handles information through this website. It reflects how the site actually works today and is a draft pending legal review.

Contact inquiries

When you press Send Inquiry on the contact page, the details you entered (name, work email, optional phone, company, optional website, industry, service and package of interest, optional practice size and budget range, your message, your consent choices, and the page you sent it from) are sent to our server and passed to Brevo, our transactional email provider, which delivers them as an email to our business mailbox. If enabled, Brevo also sends you a short confirmation email.

Nothing is sent while you type; data leaves your browser only when you submit. The website application does not keep a lead database: inquiry content is not stored by the site after the email is handed to Brevo. Brevo processes the message under its own terms and privacy policy as our service provider.

Abuse prevention

To prevent spam and duplicate submissions, the server uses a hidden form field, timing checks, rate limiting, and short-lived, one-way hashed identifiers (for example, of a submission ID or network address). These are held temporarily in memory for that purpose only and are not used to profile visitors.

Retention

Inquiry emails are kept in our business mailbox and managed under our internal records practices for as long as needed to respond and maintain a business relationship. You may ask us to delete your inquiry.

Marketing

Sending an inquiry never subscribes you to marketing. The marketing box on the form is optional and unchecked by default. If you tick it, any subscription would follow applicable consent requirements, and you can withdraw at any time.

What this website does not do

This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may process standard technical data, such as IP address and request logs, to deliver and secure the site. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives standard request data (such as your IP address and browser details) from your browser.

Third-party links

Booking links open Microsoft Bookings, and review and social links open third-party platforms. Information you provide there is governed by those providers' privacy policies.

Protected health information

Do not submit protected health information through this website, social media, or unsecured email. Client data handled during engagements is governed by written agreements, not this website policy.
