Background and common problems

A provider who cannot bill is a cost, not a capacity. We manage the documents, applications, and follow-up so enrollment and revalidation keep moving and nothing lapses quietly.

Credentialing and payer enrollment involve repetitive data entry, many documents with expiration dates, and long payer queues. The administrative work is predictable; what goes wrong is follow-up. Applications sit incomplete, CAQH attestations lapse, and revalidation notices go to an inbox nobody checks.

Zincat collects provider data, maintains CAQH profiles, prepares payer enrollment applications, supports EFT and ERA enrollment, tracks application status, and alerts you before documents expire. The exact process varies by payer, and payer timelines are outside our control, so we never promise approval dates.

Before work begins, your practice identifies the authorized signatory and verifies each provider’s legal name, practice locations, tax information, and requested payer relationships through an approved secure channel. We reconcile missing or inconsistent information before submission. A submitted application is not proof of network participation: your team should confirm the payer’s effective date and billing instructions before treating enrollment as active.

  • Applications stalled without follow-up
  • Expired CAQH attestations
  • Missed revalidation notices
  • Scattered licenses and certificates
  • Payments delayed because EFT/ERA enrollment was never completed
